7. CCTV
CCTV operates in public areas of the estate and clubhouse. Signage is clearly displayed. Footage is used for safety, security, and incident investigation.
Use in Disciplinary Investigations
CCTV footage may also be reviewed by authorised management or committee members in cases where serious breaches of club rules are suspected — including but not limited to suspected cheating in golf competitions or misconduct. Access is strictly limited, justified under the legitimate interests of the Club, and will be logged and documented for transparency.
Footage is typically stored for up to 30 days unless required for an ongoing investigation or legal matter.

- Membership records: 7 years after cessation
- Competition records: 3 years
- CCTV footage: up to 30 days
- Financial records: 6 years for tax purposes
