Assistant Catering Manager Required
Full time position
We are offering you the opportunity to learn and develop in a busy restaurant environment, you will be involved in the day to day operation of the restaurant as well as weddings and other functions & events.
This is a hands-on Management role, where you will play an integral part in the day-to-day running of the operation, including taking orders, serving food and ensuring the team deliver excellent service to every guest. Ideally, you will have previous experience as a Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager within a food and beverage environment. You will be a highly motivated individual, committed to the success of the operation.
Ability to lead a team
Good financial awareness – stocktaking/rotas/analysis
A good level of computer literacy and analytical skills
Catering/Bar Management experience in a high-volume restaurant/bar environment at Deputy Manager level or as Manager in a smaller unit
Good communication skills
